Bates Communications collaborates with companies and sales teams to provide high-level Sales Presentation Training. Working closely with a sales team leader, we develop sales training that gives professionals who sell the tools and confidence to deliver customer-focused presentations.

Our training is not Sales 101 on how to develop a stand-and-deliver slide deck, but a workshop on how to engage customers in productive conversations that uncover needs and result in opportunities to provide solutions.  The goal is to make sure that professionals who sell are giving great presentations, getting a conversation going, and letting the customer do most of the talking.

Our Sales Presentation Training teaches participants a consultative selling approach. They learn how to ask strategic, inquisitive questions that uncover opportunities, uncover needs and concerns, and develop audience-focused presentations that get to the heart of the buyer’s interests and needs. Through our “Stories for Sales” tool, professionals who sell learn how to develop powerful stories that highlight capabilities, demonstrate the desire to collaborate with the customer, and increase credibility as a solution-oriented, strategic partner to the customer.

For sales teams, our training helps make the sales process more cohesive; guiding teams in how to present together, leverage each others’ knowledge, coordinate remarks, and answer questions together. Together, sales teams practice presentations and receive feedback from our coaches and their team members; fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Sales Presentation Training can be provided for groups of one to 100; in one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, or in our public 2-day Boot Camp.
