3. A passion for meeting new prospects, interviewing for assignments, listening for unmet needs, writing proposals, independently developing new business, managing a pipeline and closing business;
4. Strong executive presence and presentation skills including proven experience speaking in a variety of forums with demonstrated ability to analyze every audience, outline remarks, write stories and material and deliver it with impact;
5. A balance of self-assurance and humility that facilitates exceptionally productive interactions with senior executives and decision makers and enhances long term client relationships.
